14 months and a complete rock star!

My 'walking' hero,yes,mommy missed your 13 th month update,because I was TOO BUSY(pause for effect)having TOO much fun with you!!!You are most definitely the FUNNEST kid I have known,and no am not exaggerating.Ok so here goes,14 things that make you so SPECIAL!(of course there are a million reasons that makes you my special lil kutti,but its your 14th month update you see the connection??)

1.You have this really funny way of rubbing your blankie on your lips when you are trying to doze away to la la land.You picked up this habit when you were about 3 - 4 months and you still do it.Even when you wake up in the middle of the night,you keep rubbing your blankie on lips until you fall back asleep.Now how cute is that?

2.You are such a WATER BABY!Dad and I try to keep the following words out of our day to day conversations: bath,bath time, bath room, water.bacause the minute you hear them the next minute you are at the bathroom door,wailing and demanding that you have a BATH immediately.



3.Your hair feels and looks so different from what is was before we shaved your hair of in December.It looks darker,feels rougher and over all has a very weird texture and look,still trying to figure out where you got that hair from.I totally love it!

4.You are protective of your mommy -already.When our lil doggy sunshine tries to pull my skirt or jumps on me when she is playing with me,you protest.You look the dogie in the eye and say NO NO NO bowow.

5.When you want to tell me you love me you take your soft palms and rub it on my face.You have just about started doing this,its too cute!

6.You hate bananas and all the squishy fruits.You prefer the crunchier ones(apples,pears etc)and you love cucumbers!

7.You do speak a lot,but now you trying to say proper words.You pick up the phone and say hello(properly,i can hear the 'lo' bit too!)You trying to say many other words too.You say 'Wa' for water,you trying to say 'doggie'.You communicating really well,make up your own signs and point ans show,its so much easier to understand you:)



8.You laugh.a lot.aloud.You find our silliness funny.You laugh if you hear someone burp.You laugh if we make funny noises.You laugh at crows and dogs and you also laugh when your gran ma tries to scare you.You laugh at the tv,at newspapers;anything.You love laughing.You laugh crazily when you are really sleepy.Your dad think thats when u loose your mind.I think it is the next best thing to watching you sleep.

9.PEEKABOO still rules.We do peekaboo all the time.On the road,in the car,before you sleep,after you wake up,when we eat,when we play,all the time.Sometimes you are just so lazy to go hide that you simply just turn your face the other direction when I say Peekaboo and then look at me and laugh.



10.The new cool thing on the block for you is MUD.yeah,yeah.You run out and smear mud all over you and then cleverly sign to me saying its 'bath time'.ok smarty pants,you win every time!

11.You always point out to your head,teeth and tummy perfectly,but ALWAYS get super confused with your eyes,nose and mouth.When in doubt though you manage so well by laughing it off.

12.Always kiss 'boo boos'.Big booboos or small,for mommy,dad or strangers.Boo boo's (ouch they hurt!) deserve a kiss.

13.You get 'bored' so easily and its just so exhausting to keep you occupied.But you LOVE cooking and feeding your mum,dad and doggie all the food you cook.Oh dont we have a 'master chef' in the making.

14.You still have the most fascinating bond with crows.ha ha.Its the first thing you learnt,imitating them and you still love to do that SO much!



You are so so SPECIAL.We love you to the moon and back baby!
