As I wait for my lil prince to turn one!


Happy eleventh month birthday young man,you turn one in just 30 days from today.

I really couldn't wait last December to hold you in my arms and i really did not know that i was going to have you with me in exactly 30 days from today.I imagined i would hold you earlier.I really cannot understand where the year flew by.I still remember the day i bundled you all up for your first vaccine to the hospital,the days and nights I would stay awake just to make sure your breathing and waiting like a mad woman for your first call of hunger.

I almost cannot remember what my life was before you.What did i do with all the time?????

You doing some very very amazing things these days,that there is no single moment with you that I am not laughing.I really cannot thank you enough for bringing me so much joy into my life.With a bitter sweet feeling I count the days for you to turn one.So early,too soon.



Eleven things you love:
1.You love talking.You say quiet a few words these days.Mama,appa,thaatha,amamma,mum mum(food),baaww is right now your most fave word,it denotes bath time,doggie and ball.
2.You love music and dance.
3.You love crawling
4.You still love people and out doors.It cheers you up so much.The second any one mentions 'shall we go bye bye'? you cling on to them for your life!
5.You love cuddling with Dad and me on our bed.Its your most fave thing .
6.You love 'Special agent OSO' ON Disney playhouse.We love him too,he is darn cute.
7.You love to imitate and you already pretend paly.You pick up phones to say hello.
8.You love to SCREAM at the top of your voice.
9.You are crazy about bath times.You literally rush into the bathroom when you hear the sound of water and keep yelling BAWWWWWW as you crawl as fast as you can to the bathroom.
10.You love Peekaboo and all the funny noises your Dad makes.No one can make you laugh the way your dad does.
11. You Love climbing staircases,switching on lights.



I really cant think of too many things you hate but here are some.

1.You hate diaper changes.period.
2.You sometimes hate milk.Make mommy so sad:(
3.You hate getting sweaty.
4.You hate LOUD noises.
5.You hate to be forced to walk by holding your hands,you prefer doing it yourself by pushing light weight chair and walking around.
5.Hates caps/hats etc.

SOme things you do that melts my heart.

1.You call out for me and its the sweetest thing,every time I hear your 'maaa' I GO SO WEAK IN MY KNEES.iT MAKES ME PROMISE THAT i WOULD DO anything for YOU,JUST ANYTHING!!!
2.The way you imitate a cow,its hilarious!!!
3.Your open mouthed kisses,they rule the house!
4.The way you crawl up to me when your really tired or sleepy and sign to me that you are sleepy by laying your head on my chest.Moments I could die for.
6.Your flying kisses for strangers,dogs and crows -Oh the joys of having a baby!
7.The way you touch your head the second you hear the word head.CUTEST!
8.The grin you offer me after you do something you know you aint supposed to be doing and you know mommy is upset.
9.Your hi's are still a huge hit!!!
Oh this could just go on!!!!

Some random things about Yathaarth.

A letter

Found this in the drafts - publishing it now:) Hey there lil soldier! After you were born,I never wrote a single letter to you.I did have the urge to,many many times,but never did.So finally,today as you you sleep peacefully in your cot,hugging your blankie tight,I am going to try my best to spill out all those overflowing emotions and love and find the right words to do that. I think I would mentioned a gazillion times as to how much you have changed our lives forever,I think you will be hearing that pretty much a lot.Dad and I still think it all like a dream,a very very beautiful dream,especially when you lay between us on our bed,yapping away to glory or as you sit quietly on my lap as we drive,sometimes listening to what dad and I speak or sometimes answering back,with a lot of BAAAAAAAAAAA'S.It is at moments like these,that your dad and I share a quick smile and WONDER.Wonder in pure awe. The Golden Title

Those pretty nights when we cuddle and hug,just before your beautiful eyes close gently with the ecstasy of sleep,those are the moments when you merrily paint my world red with love. A snippet from one such night: Me:Yaddu,are you happy that God gave us you as your mum and appa? Y:Amma,when we were up there with God,He gave us a special machine( dont' miss the sci-fi touch )where we could talk.Its attached to ourtummies.However God never forgets to remove those machines before He puts us into Mummas. Me:( Simply open mouthed)............... Y ( continues.....): So,God said I can go and choose my amma and appa.He took me to a room.Its called the Blue Room.Mamma,its full of very bad appas.
